 Congratulations to Jason Heron for shooting his first Perfect Game! This came in the second game of the evening during the Wednesday Major Handicap league (Sept. 3rd 08) at Super Bowl lanes. Inside information indicated that more than one person seen the head pin fall on the final shot. Waydago Jason! Congratulations also to Danny Aqwa for shooting another 300 game on the same evening in the first game. Keep them going Dan. |

 On April 4, 2008 the General Motors Mens Bowling League commemorated the career of its longest standing member. John Slawik was honoured as he completed 50 consecutive years of bowling in that league. From the days of pinboys, manual and semi-automatic pinsetters and above ground ball returns to high tech bowling balls, computerized scoring and internet tournaments John has seen them all.
