ImageWe have finally finalized our "Family Cosmic Bowling Day" running throughout the summer months.

The Catholic School board is going to distribute the flyers throughout the Catholic school system from the Principals and filter it down to the children and parents in each school. Unfortunately the public school system would not pass it on to the schools.

AM 800 is going to broadcast it on air weekly and they are going to put it in their community calendar throughout the Summer months. Arms from AM 800 is going to do an initial interview.

ImageFormer NY bowling official sent to prison for embezzling $272K, gambling it away.

Are your league funs insured? One of the many benefits of being sanctioned.

A central New York man is going to state prison for three to nine years for embezzling $272,000 from a state bowling association and gambling it away at an Indian casino.

Stephen Donahue pleaded guilty in Oneida County Court in January to second-degree grand larceny.

The 54-year-old Weedsport resident managed the New York State Bowling Association for 23 years. He stole the money from 2006 to 2008 using an ATM card he hid from other bowling association officials.

Donahue had been offered a plea bargain if he paid back the association. But he told the judge he couldn't because he lost the money at the Turning Stone Resort and Casino in Verona.
